Christine Krieg

Biography

Australian-born photographer Christine Krieg has travel running through her veins. Completely self-taught, she was “infected with the travel bug” while flying over the Amazon decades ago. Since then she has photographed in 34 countries and lived in 10 of them.

Her travel work has been published in newspapers, magazines and exhibited in San Francisco, where she is based. She teaches workshops both locally and internationally, most recently in newly opened Myanmar. Next on her list are Cuba, South Africa and Madagascar. Her goal is to share her passion and inspire her students to discover their own innate creativity.
