Fall Contemporary Exhibit

November 7th – December 1st, 2018

The Harvey Milk Photo Center presents an exhibit of contemporary San Francisco artists, which will open on: Nov. 7, 2018.

Local painters, photographers, ceramic and sketch artists will present their work, including a special preview of the Senior Portrait Project.  A special section of this exhibit will showcase “The Senior Portrait Project”, which is a collaborative effort with the Eureka Valley Recreation Center, and Adela Dominguez, Facility Coordinator. The Senior portrait sittings are offered every Tuesday from 12pm-3:30pm and will continue thru December 4, 2018 at the Eureka Valley Recreation Center, 100 Collingwood Street.

The Fall Contemporary Art Exhibit is curated by David Christensen, Director, Harvey Milk Photo Center, and Thomasina DeMaio, Art Saves Lives, and will feature a wide body of diverse media and subjects by local artists in our community. Several of the artists in this exhibit are senior artists.

The exhibit will be held in two parts throughout the rest of 2018. It is free and open to the public.
