Discover new hidden gems amongst an iconic destination and historic neighborhood in San Francisco, filled with mystery and intrigue , which has been a deep resource for movies and books for ages. This night workshop steps far beyond the ordinary and takes you into the hidden nightscape of Chinatown.In the classroom portion of the workshop, we investigate historic reference points of these oft-photographed location, and discuss technical considerations related to photographing the specific location at night. Following a brief lecture, we will travel to the location for some twilight work, and continue to photograph into the dark of night. *
*Pre-requisite/equipment: Students must be familiar with manual controls on their cameras. DSLR or Film SLR cameras, Mirrorless cameras. Bring tripod, Flashlight, remote control or cable release. Will meet at Photo Center first, then go to our location.
