Digital SLR – Level 1


So you finally bought that fancy digital single lens reflex! Now what do all those buttons do? This four-day workshop demystifies the DSLR so that you can get the most out of your camera. Learn how to use all the settings and functions of your camera as you practice taking photographs. Topics will include correct exposure, white balance, file formats, shooting modes, and reviewing images. We will review the advantages and disadvantages of different camera settings to understand how each choice will affect the final image. We will also discuss the ways in which a DSLR and a traditional film camera are similar and different. You will leave the class knowing how to use your camera with intentionality befitting an artist.

* Requirements :Digital SLR Camera and Lens, Memory Card, bring your Camera Manual.
