Developing Your Personal Vision

Description:

This hands-on class is designed for the intermediate photographer who wants to take their technical proficiency to the next level exploring concept, subject matter and self-expression. Emphasis is placed on developing a personal vision and approach to picture making. The class work can be done in any format: digital, film, black & white, or color. The instructor will lead insightful, engaging critiques of student work, assign a theme and give individual feedback on the progress of the work. A brief history of photography will be presented and the work of noted photographers will be introduced.

Prerequisite: Solid basic photographic knowledge is required.

Dates: Saturdays, June 23 – July 28, 2018

Times: 12:00pm – 3:00pm

Fee: $165.00

Location: HMPC Photo Exhibit Room

Last day to register is one week prior to the start of class.
